I have about five years of experience training a variety of athletes that range from youth, college to professional athletes. Currently, I am the Varsity linebacker coach for Roseville Highschool located in Roseville, Minnesota. I have started my own company called “TFL Training” which specializes in defensive position-specific training. I work with athletes that range from the age mark of 10-23 years old.
At Spring Lake Park Highschool, I accumulated many such as:
3x 1st Team All Conference,
2x All State,
3x All Metro.
Junior College I received:
1st Team All Conference
3rd Team All American
University of North Texas I received:
1st Team All Conference
1x Honorable Mention
1st Team Texas Defensive Team
Texas All Decade Team
My expectations for my client are to be coachable. Being able to accept criticism properly and to fix his mistakes. We start with a proper warm up to ensure that the body is ready to work out. Then we begin workouts that works in the progression of movements. The most important thing as a coach, is to give your athletes an explanation on why you are having them do these movements and what are the benefits of fixing these movements. The athlete should expect a large mixture of coaching and drill work.
