I have over 40 years of coaching athletes in the Martial Arts, I have experience in coaching to compete in local state, national and international tournaments.

I have trained students from white belts to black belts up to 5th degree black belts, from ages 5 and up.

I am the previous owner of Earl Harris Karate Academy for over 30 years.

I have competed in the U S Open, Diamond National and other major tournaments. Won top honors in both Form, Fighting and Weapons. Also have been listed as top 10 point fighter in the Sport Karate Illustrated Magazine in the southeast. I have also been inducted into the Florida Black Belt Hall of Fame in 1987.

I consult with the client what they need to work on, and found out what work best tor them, because for my experience I have learn that everyone is difference and learns at a difference pace.
I start you off with a complete warm-up exercise, stretching, and began with a few punching and kicking drills with many difference techniques. Also includes pad work to build endurance, timing and agility. Note: I train you for what your gold are, and what you want to succeed in, weather it competition, self-defense, improve your game in any sport or just to stay fit.
