More About Coach Dylan

During my education to get my degree in Athletic Coaching Education I worked as a strength coach with Glenville State College. I currently work as a trainer at Grind Baltimore and as a powerlifting coach.

I have competed in multiple powerlifting competitions and hold multiple state powerlifting records in Maryland. I also have experience as a high school track & field and wrestling athlete.

A typical session will start with a dynamic warmup specific to the main movements of the day (usually involving warming up the hip and shoulder joints mostly). This will be followed by the main lifts for the day consisting of a lower body and an upper body compound movement focused on power and/or strength development. Following that are three accessory movements to compliment the compound movements and further development hypertrophy, strength, and power. The last section of the session is series of isolation movements chosen to strength stability muscles and help prevent injury.
