More About Coach Dylan

I am currently the Head Tactical Athlete Swim Coach for T3i Services. In the past I have coached triathletes in swimming for all distances of triathlons. I was also a Volunteer Coach for IUPUI (Division 1) and an Assistant Coach for a club team working with age group and high school level athletes. My current certifications are: ASCA Level 2, Lifeguard, CPR, and AED.

I was a competitive swimmer for 16 years. During that time I was a 3x Age Group State Champion (800m, 1000y, and 1650y Freestyle events) in Indiana. I swam competitively for Eastern Illinois University (Division 1) where I was a 4-year Top 16 scorer (400y I.M. and 500y Freestyle) and a Top 8 scorer (1650y Freestyle). After my fourth year at EIU the head coach named me "the most versatile swimmer in EIU swimming's history." During my junior year at EIU I competed in the North American Championship Ironman in Texas (2015) and finished in the Top 20 for the swim portion.

The first session will either be used to view technique and knowledge of an athlete or as a test set to see what the capabilities of the athlete are. For technique athletes I will devise a seasonal plan accordingly to optimize the athletes technique while also increase their aerobic and anaerobic capabilities. For test set athletes I will caret a seasonal plan to optimize their abilities in whichever events they are strongest in while also working on their weak strokes.
