More About Coach Dustin
I have worked as a trainer at Anytime Fitness, the YMCA, and have been a high school and a collegiate strength and conditioning coach at the DI, DII, and NAIA levels that have given me the ability to work and connect with various groups of clientele. I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science with a wellness minor and a Bachelors degree in Strength and Conditioning from Bluffton University. I have experience giving nutritional advice as well as writing supplementation programs for athletes and non athletes alike. Whatever your goals may be I am sure I can help you reach them.
I am the second all time leading scorer at New Riegel High School and played DIII collegiate basketball where I served as a co-captain for two years at Bluffton University.
My typical session is based on the clients goals. I like to get a feel for what their goal(s) are first and then give them a layout of my plan with them before diving into it.
