More About Coach Drew
I have coached lacrosse players and athletes of varying skill levels and ages ranging from kindergarteners to seniors in high school. However, I typically work with high school and middle school athletes.
I coached camps and clinics at UMass, American, the Harvey School, GameBreaker Lacrosse, House of Sports club team, and with the Gargoyle lacrosse organization. I have also trained athletes as an intern at BlueStreak sport’s training facility.
I graduated from American University where I played division one lacrosse in the patriot league. Prior to that I played at UMass Amherst for my first two years of college. Before my collegiate career I earned Brine All-American, was part of the Nike Elite 120, earned a Northstar Invitational and competed in the ATL Invitational. My Sophomore year I also played for the Israeli National Team at 2015 U-19 World Lacrosse Championships in Edinburgh, Scotland and for the state of Connecticut at the 2016 US Lacrosse National Tournament.
Sessions are typically offensive focused and tailored to each player’s skill level and ability. A typical session includes a dynamic warm up, stick skills, shooting drills, and dodging/ cutting drills. Conditioning and training is also available as an add on.
