As a dedicated basketball trainer, my journey has been a thrilling blend of teaching, motivating, and witnessing players’ growth both on and off the court. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with aspiring basketball athletes of all ages and skill levels, shaping their abilities and nurturing their passion for the game.
Gatorade player of the year in 2006 from East Hartford High School (led the state in scoring)
ABCD all star game
Ranked top 50 in the country coming out of high school
Plethora of Division 1 basketball scholarships from the Big East to pac 12 (attended Uconn 6th man of the year award)
Played professionally overseas for 6 years( Portugal, Finland, Poland, France, Denmark, Slovakia)
To excel in basketball, fitness and conditioning are as crucial as mastering the fundamentals. I incorporated high-intensity workouts that improved players’ strength, agility, and endurance. Conditioning became a cornerstone of my coaching philosophy, ensuring that players were prepared for the demands of the game.
