I am a 2013 St. Louis Rams rookie mini camp participant. 2009 3rd team ALL CAA, & voted Umaine team Defensive Player of the year. 2010 3rd team All CAA & voted team Most Valuable Player of the year. 2012 ALL CAA 1st team player& voted team Defensive Player of the year.
