I played football at NC State Univ, my position was wide receiver and kick off return. I was team captain my Jr. and Sr. year.
I work and the fitness Industry for 25yrs as a Supervisor, Manager, and Trainer.

Motivation and Coaching.
Warm up, stretching, drills, and strength and conditioning at least one hour a day and at least 3 days per week for at least 3 months.
