I am Coach Dominique, I am a safesport certified Coach, I am a competitive athlete I am 28 years old, and have led many to victory in their athletic/personal endeavors! I am driven by God's grace, a retired Behavioral Health Technician working for abandoned, neglected, and abused youth, and I believe in someone's aspirations to be a better version of themselves!
Aspire Higher is going to be the face of next level training for Athletes, and their aspirations of taking their skills to a higher level. Sessions specialize in Strength training & Cardiovascular Endurance/Conditioning.

I compete at a High competitive level of Grappling/Wrestling/Jiu-Jitsu
I've taken gold at the 145lbs Featherweight Division AGF BJJ World Championship

I've fought Muay Thai level 4 matches for promotion UCFC at the 145 Featherweight division and have taken first place three times gold

I've taken an MMA match for promotion. All powers combat Entertainment and took the victory via TKO

I currently still train and have done multiple jiu-Jitsu tournaments with medals to show a lot to type.

A client can expect to warm up by stretching, warm the body by jogging, and light calisthenic work to get the body acclimated to a high level of conditioning and strength training. There are specific drills and techniques that I will run with each client individually and what their expectations and aspirations are and whatever sport or personal endeavor they may be involved in.
