Each session depends on the clients events and goals needed to be met. I focus on mechanic, endurance, strength, and race mechanic (breaking down clients event). What a first session would look like with me is first finding out what my clients need are base off that, I do an assessment with my client. My goal is to figure out my clients strength and weakness. They will first have to warm up, then static stretching. Warmup drills, some plyometrics technique drills, speed work, long slow distance running, body weight training, and form work. Depending on the assessment that Im giving all these things my very by client.
