I am a member of the NFL Alumni as a former Pro Football Defensive Back. Currently I Am A Certifed Performance Trainer. I’m 36 Years Of Age And Very Energetic & Hands-On With My Clients.
I was a college defensive back for 4 years then went on to play or football in the following leagues NFL, NFL Europe, CIFL, & IFL. I’ve Won 2 Championships As Well.
