More About Coach Diego

For the past 5 years I have trained individuals and groups in combat sports ranging from MMA, Jiujitsu, and wrestling.
From developing strong fundamentals, to developing programs to increase fighter performance, your session with me will focus on your specific goals.

I have been training grappling since 2013 and other martial arts since the age of 7, since then I have competed in multiple tournaments and gained much experience in the competition world.

The beginning of the session will always have a dynamic warm up to get blood pumping to the designated muscle groups for the athlete, followed by a light stretch, straight into the request the athlete had for the time being.
