I have over seven years of coaching experience from youth to pro level athletes. I have worked alongside some of the greatest minds in football. Here in Central Florida I have coached at Leesburg High School as the Linebackers Coach and am currently coaching at Ridge Community High School as the Defensive Line Coach. I hold certifications from NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and am CPR First AID AED certified through American Heart Association.

A typical training session with Coach Wade will be an integrated individualized training plan focused on the client's weakness. Every session will begin with a dynamic warm-up, balance and core work, speed or agility work, and position specific drills.
