I have 10+ years of coaching experience. From the time I was playing in college, I began assisting on AAU teams, working camps/clinics, and running individual training sessions. Throughout my 7 year professional playing career, I have coached youth club teams and continued private training as well. Currently I provide mindset coaching to teen athletes as well as on-court instruction. I work with all ages from young beginners, to elite high school athletes, to current college players.

I am currently competing in my 7th year as a professional basketball player overseas. My career has spanned 9 countries including Ireland, France, Spain, Latvia, Portugal, Sweden, Australia, Germany, and most recently the Czech Republic. I played 2 years at Northwestern University before transferring to Saint Mary's College of California to finish out my collegiate career. I played high school basketball at Bishop Montgomery.

Each session is tailored to the athlete's specific needs and goals. I have a Psychology background as well, so I love to incorporate mindset tools into training because I believe that is a crucial component to success on and off the court. I will challenge athletes in a fun and encouraging way and help them to find joy in the process while on the quest toward their potential.
