I am certified, through my own professional experiences and Excel Sports Performance, to train and breed athletes, with a focus of enhancing body movement, through resistance, reaction, & overspeed. I work with all age groups, starting at 10. I have coached on Pop Warner, high school and collegiate levels: Rowan University.

I earned a full Division 1 football scholarship to Rutgers University and graduated, with a Bachelors degree in criminal justice. I was first team All Big-East. Then, I went on and played 5 years in the National Football League (NFL): Texans; Ravens; Vikings; Bucs; Browns.

A player can expect to be taken to the next level, mentally and physically. I focus on desired specific drills, techniques, film, speed, agility & reaction.
