What I lack in coaching experience, I make up for with years of personal track experience as an athlete for almost 20 years. Apart from my own past and current knowledge, I have a IAAF and USATF coach (my coach) at my disposal for wisdom and help. I’ve been in the track and field space for many years and with that platform and experience I can share and impart that knowledge and skills to younger athletes all the while I’m learning while I’m competing at the highest level of the sport

Looking to build my club and high school level coaching experience to help athletes level up and improved in all areas of their track event and even life.
Being a quarter miler I’ll teach and focus on speed-endurance. I’ll share my warm up exercises, different 200m and 400m workouts and even 800m/100m ones as well.
