More About Coach Derek
Worked with all level athletes on and off the field. Can work with youth, high school and college age kids. Also understand nutrition and strength training off the field.
Played at the collegiate level with Franklin Pierce University.
Was a CB/Saftey for two years and the starting QB the other two years. Punter all four years as well.
Lead the league in interceptions my sophomore year.
Still hold 10+ School records between all positions.
All-league selection for 3 years
Played HS football at Xaverian Brothers as a WR/CB
Been a QB/RB my entire youth career up until sophomore year of HS
A typical session will cater to the individuals goals, needs, strengths, and weaknesses. A basic assessment will be done in order to properly train the individual. Drills and techniques will be based on all of this.
