The tennis clients would learn the grips and tennis techniques on the forehand and backhand. The tennis clients would also learn the grips on the tennis forehand and backhand volleys. I would coach the tennis client the proper tennis technique on the serve. I would have tennis forehand, tennis backhand, tennis forehand, tennis backhand volleys, Serving drills, Returning drills. Workout drills and conditioning drills. My focus would be to put actual tennis games into effect to improve on so you can practice on your tennis techniques during a tennis game. This is a really great workout for the tennis clients to work on all of their tennis techniques. I would emphasize tennis forehand and backhand volley drills. I would coach the tennis client to improve on the tennis forehand and backhand volleys by having tennis drills to improve on and practice on the tennis techniques. A tennis player I coached and trained in tennis from the age 13 to 18 years. He made a good national ranking in juniors. He played in many futures, challengers, professional tennis tournaments. He acheived a professional tennis ranking.
I've known Dennis since we were in grade school. We grew up near the city tennis courts and he trained daily with top coaches, as a kid. We played High School tennis together and he was by far the best player on the team. While on the team, he helped me develop my backhand and showed me some tricks that increased the speed of my first serve. He has a ton of court experience and is extremely knowledgeable with tennis techniques and tactics. His expertise can help you develop your tennis game. If you are a brand new player who is just interested in learning how to play, or a ranked player who is looking to climb to the next level, Dennis will help you.
