-I teach the complete and traditional Wing Chun Chinese Martial Arts system which emphasizes theories of economy of motion, technique over brute strength and developing the warrior mentality through meditation and Chi Gong.
-This system is not for sport nor is it for doing displays; the way I teach W.C. is to foster a foundation in true martial arts and self defense.
-Yes, Wing Chun was the core martial art of Bruce Lee who himself was taught by Ip Man, however despite Hollywood/Hong Kong Cinema representations there are no acrobatics or fancy gravity defying jumps rather it incorporates straight line, close range attacks and center line control.

-Wing Chun is a serious Martial Art for a serious practitioner and is great for all body types; especially popular among the smaller framed and slender built.

I have trained martial arts my entire life and in addition to Kung Fu have a background in Kenpo Karate, Judo, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Jeet Kune Do, stunts and various types of knife and swordplay experience. I was trained in Wing Chun by Sifu Justin Hall of Atlanta Georgia and the Tiger Academy where he studied under the reputable Sifu Eddie Camden. We are of the Francis Fong and Jiu Wan lineage which takes pride in keeping true to many of the traditional and internal practices of the system.

I received my Black Belt in Wing Chun in 2013 from Sifu Justin Hall and am his highest ranking Wing Chun pupil. I have also worked as a professional stuntman and fight choreographer and was trained at Brand Mex Stunts in Albuquerque, NM by Kurly Tlapoyawa.

Every session will begin with forms, from there we will move onto one of the other aspects and applications such as upper body attacks/defenses, lower body attacks/defenses, trapping or/and self-defense.
