More About Coach Dedrick

I have trained with the NFLs top athletes in season and off season. I have trained college athletes that were at the University of Miami during the offseason. I work with teenagers from 12-17. If any other ages are needed I can accommodate them.

I was a 4 year starter for the University of Miami football team from 2006-10. I was drafted to the San Diego Chargers and played my first year with the Miami Dolphins. I then played 2 years with the New York Jets and was injured in 2013. After my career I focused on health and physical fitness. I trained at a local LA Fitness and started my studies to become a certified personal trainer.

We will focus on what the client needs while emphasizing stretching, flexibility, agility, balance and endurance. An extensive warm up will be at the beginning of each sessions to minimize injury. Each session will consist of a warm up phase then the actual workout then a cool down phase.

Coach Dedrick really knows the game well - he's a great coach!

Coach Dedrick's communication was prompt and he met us on time in west Delray. He then followed us all the way to east Boynton so that we could practice on a better field. He gave my 14 year old son, Russell, an excellent session to help him in his wide receiver position. Coach Dedrick is extremely knowledgeable, and was helpful in his instruction on pass routes and catching technique. We will definitely be using him again!
