Coach Dean has been a great teacher, coach, and motivator for our grandson. His pitching and hitting have improved tremendously because of his work with this coach. With Dean, he explained the "how" and more importantly, the "why". Our son gained major confidence with Dean's instruction on batting and his performance in games was improved, as well. Coach Dean has really helped our 10 year old son in both pitching and batting. Tait was in a early season hitting slump and his pitching what not what he was capable of. Coach Dean was able to evaluate Tait's pitching issues and through his coaching and drills was able to increase his control and velocity. The same goes with hitting as Tait is now hitting more consistently and with much better power. His confidence in both pitching and hitting as greatly increased and he is now having a lot more fun. It was obvious, beginning with our first session, that Coach Dean has a lot of coaching experience and he was able to cater that coaching to a ten year old's level. We initially signed up for three sessions and then signed on for three more due to the improvement we were seeing. Most importantly, Coach Dean was able to help Tait with the mental part of the game and helped with his concentration and thought processes when both hitting and pitching.
