I have four years of experience as a track and field coach. In addition, I have been working as an assistant track and field coach helping middle school and high school level at Greenhill and The Oakridge school. Also, I have extensive knowledge in the Pole Vault, Long Jump, and Triple Jump.

I competed in different competition around the world. For example, Pan American Game 2011, World Championship Daegu 2011, Ibero-Americano 2012 and London Olympic Game 2012.

First I will introduce myself to them. Second I would like to know what their goal are. After the little introduction, we will continue with the warm up, drills, work on the technique and workout. At the end of the practice they will do stretching.
