I start with an intentionally “huddle with my clients to do breathing exercises and go over our gameplan for the day, get into warm ups, usually start with ball handling, into a fun competitive shooting drill then get into form shots and whatever specific drills and skill work I feel the player wants to work on. We usually end on free throws and conditioning or 1on1
