I have coached Football at South Miami high for 3 years after working strength Andre conditioning with the athletes. I work with all ages my time with i9sports. Personal trainer/ youth specialist certification, USAWweightlifting coach.
Getting a scholarship to play division 2 Footbal at Southwest Baptist University (Missouri) was one of my biggest accomplishments, it’s where I first started training collegiate athletes.
Basic strength and conditioning through a proper progression. I focuse in technique and coordination. First session is an assessment (pro athletes 1RM) next through proper progression depending on the sport.
