I've been an offensive line coach for 19 years and have trained offensive linemen in the off season for over 10 years. I have worked with players from youth organizations all the way up to professional athletes. I have also worked in a few different high schools, colleges, a college all star game, a professional indoor organization, and multiple camps.

I played football in high school but truly didn't understand the game until I played in college. Before I went to college I played two seasons of semi pro football then then in college competed at the division 3 level. At William Paterson University, I played on special teams my freshman year and then started on the offensive line for the next three years. In 2001 I finished my career as a player who blocked in an explosive offense, I was honorable mention all ECAC, and a first team selection for offensive line in the NJAC. I am proud to say that I am one of three players in the history of my school's program that was a first team selection for offensive line in the New Jersey Athletic Conference. I also had the opportunity to compete in an all star game comprised of division 1, 2, and 3 athletes. Also, after college I played one more season of semi pro football and finally one season of arena football.

I'm not the type of coach that does drills for the sake of doing drills. I focus on technique. There are A LOT of different techniques that are used by offensive linemen and you can't learn them all in an hour. During our sessions we will focus on different aspects of what it takes to become an effective offensive lineman.
