More About Coach David
I played football in college and professionally in the NFL for several years. Upon retiring, I became a certified personal trainer and started my own business training former teammates and professional athletes in other areas. I have expanded my training to people of all ages and athletic abilities. Currently, I am training people from ages 7 to 65 spanning from athletic strength and conditioning to weight loss.
David H. (born June 17, 1984 in Warren, Ohio) is an retired American football linebacker for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played football at Warren G. Harding High School and college football at Michigan State.
David has also been a member of the New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs, San Diego Chargers, and New York Jets. He is the older brother of Cincinnati Bengals running back Daniel Herron.
Sports specific. I coach children young adults and professional athletes. The sports that I train are football basketball and baseball. With speed and agility training and your specific position that you play in either one of the sports.
Personal training consists of high intense, full body workouts, but can be modified. With body weight excercises and weighted excercises, I begin the work out with a warm up followed by stretch - we typically move on to work the abs for 5 to 10 min, then moving on to full body work. At the end we finish with abs and some stretching.
