Prone to injuries, my collegiate career was shortened to two years of track and field. I started out as a high jumper that could sprint and moved towards being a decathlete. Shortly afterwards, I started bodybuilding and powerlifting as an amateur and still focusing on keeping myself athletic. From there, my speed program and the rest of my methodologies were born.
