I currently coach the Defensive backs at St. Johns College High School! I have worked as a trainer for Sport and Health in Washington D.C. I work with kids starting at age 7 and up! I am certified by the National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM). I have trained high school All Americans and I have Athletes currently playing Division I Football!

I played at the collegiate level at the University of Delaware under Coach Nick Rapone. I was apart of the number one secondary in all of college football my senior season in 2010. I've made all conference 2 times as college athlete, and I've worked out for several NFL teams, including the Patriots, Jets, Falcons, and Buccaneers!

We will begin with a dynamic warm up. Something conducive to the workout we will be doing. My focus, beginning with a new athlete is core, balance and stability, so we will go through a few exercises to assess those individual things. After that we will get started with the days workouts! The workout will be tailored toward what the athlete wants to improve on!
