Started 2 separate youth track & field clubs including TA's Upstarts Jackson Co. GA. & Unified in Flight Akron,OH. both USA T&F Sanctioned. Combined 20 yrs. T&F 20+ Speed & Agility
City Champion in high school, team leadership award & team captain 1978, competed in college indoor U of C. I've spent the last 40yrs. training & developing athletes in multiple sports NFL,College & high school state champions to many to list or name!
The application of how to, when to, & Why you move with stop & go change of direction on a drop of a dime! Warm up, drills i.e. Butt kicks correctly, Straight leg bounds, high knees, A&B skips- East to West, back & fourth also lateral changes,walk,shuffle & run too! It take a Min.
