I have a vast knowledge of offensive formations and defensive formations. I have ran and coached against various formations such as the Wing-T, I formation, Wish Bone, Shotgun, West Coast, Run and Gun. I also have done various coaching of the 4-3, 3-4, 5-2, Nickel, and Dime. I served six long seasons as a Student Assistant Coach and Graduate assistant with the Florida State University (Tallahassee, Fl.) Football Team under Head Coach Bobby Bowden and assistant to Coach Mickey Andrews (Defensive Coordinator) and Coach Jim Gladden (DE) (1997- 2001). I have coached many NFL players such as Tony Bryant, Corey Simon, Darnell Docket, Greg Spires, Andre Wadsworth, Larry Smith, Brian Allen, Tommy Polley, Jamal Reynolds, David Warren, Roland Seymour, Sam Cowart, Etc. My duties focused on the Defensive Ends, I was responsible for the coaching and teaching of the left side of the defensive ends. I also assisted with the tutoring of the interior defensive lineman. My responsibilities were also to facilitate meetings, to go over film with players, break down film, draw plays for the defensive play book. During game situations my duties were to chart stats and plays, call out which sets are entering the game, and be the on field coach for the defensive ends I also have more than seven years managerial experience in the automotive service industry.

I have been around the game of football my whole life from Pee-wee to the pros I was a all-state player at Columbia High School where I was a two-way starter for two years straight at Defensive end and Center, was voted Underclassman of the year my junior season at CHS, held the most sacks in a single season in the area the year of 1997,I also was apart of the Columbia High State Championship weightlifting team and the 1999 FSU National Championship Team. Played with and against many major college and NFL players, the likes of Brian Allen, Reinard Wilson, Kenydll Pope, Doug Johnson, Dee Brown, Andra Davis, Thaddeus Bullard, etc. As a bonus, I am more than computer and video literate.

My sessions go from basic to integral parts of football, by the time we are done, you will know the current hand placement, steps, techniques used at the college and pro levels.
