More About Coach Darcell

I have been training since I was 17 years old. I focus on your mental, emotional, as well as physical aspect. Mind/Body/Spirit. I train youth to adults (ages 7-adults). I also train ex-athletes that just want to continue with their training and competition. I train track and field speed/jumpers, also moms who want to get into shape, and strength and conditioning. I have trained on the collegiate level as well as private personal training. I worked at McMurry University and held personal training sessions.I have a Master's Degree in Sports Management/Recreation. Age groups are from middle school-collegiate level as well as adults who want to transform their lives. I am getting my personal/strength and conditioning training certifications.

2004 Olympic Qualifier in the Triple Jump in Sacramento, California. I competed at McMurry University. 4XNCAA- National Champion, All-American, Athlete of the Year, Outstanding Track and Field Athlete, 4XConference Champion. I am competing for the 2016 Olympic Track and Field World Games in Brazil.

I like to get to know my clients. I want to know what your goal is and focus on reaching those goals, weight loss, speed training, nutrition and injury prevention. If you are working on speed training: working on running form, speed, core workouts, agility, strength, and power. Focus on getting the techniques down so athletes can get results they are looking for. I train athletes that are serious about improving their respective sports and also for those who want to just stay in shape. Working out is not an easy process but staying focused and learning to be consistent will pay off. You may fall off for a little while but I will help you to get your rhythm back.
