As a Head Coach I have advanced to play-off 7 out of 9 season. Always advancing out of the first round.
As a defensive back coach I develop an aggressive scheme that creates many turnovers. Great foot work along with proper hand placement and powerful loose hips is the focal point of my teaching. During my 15 years of coaching this position my secondary has always been amongst the top in all statistical categories. In my first season I produced a State Semi-Finalist from a 4-5 team the previous year. I was the1st Coach in the state of Maryland to direct a team to the State Championship in football as a player and as a coach I achieved All Conference Honors 3 out of 4 years in College as a Defensive Back.

Each session will be geared to taking athlete one step closer to their goal. It will consist of intense technique and fundamental. We begin with a dynamic warm up. Next we will go into step by step technical field word. We will conclude with mental focus on the steps to become a top level defensive back.
