I have coached various age and skill levels including programs for New Britain Jr Hurricanes, Manchester Sentinals, Manchester High School and current Strength and Conditioning coach at New Britain High School. I direct and run summer youth football training camps across Ct. called Next Level Sports. I also have my own fitness facility in Cromwell, CT called Next Level Fitness.
Two-time All State football performer and wrestler at New Britain High School, and played football at Southern Connecticut State University
Each client will be evaluated and a program will be designed specifically to meet their goals and abilities. Sessions are broken out to three parts:
1) Speed and Agility
2) Strength and Conditioning
3) Fundamentals with Drill and Positional Circuits
