More About Coach Daniel

I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. I have trained individuals for track & field, tennis, golf, dressage, and road running to name a few. I have experience coaching most youth sports, to include: soccer, football, baseball, basketball, track & field. I work with all ages and am currently an independent strength and conditioning coach.

In high school I participated in football, baseball, wrestling, and track & field. I was the strongest student-athlete at my school, based on weight lifted and body weight. I was the scholar athlete in all sports I participated in each season.

Each session truly depends on the client's needs. A typical session will include a dynamic warm-up, some agility/balance training, power and strength training, and then a cool down stretch. Programming will depend on the goals and sport choice of the client.
