I coach runners and cyclists from beginners to veterans alike. My philosophy is to get to you know you as an individual and customize your training plan to meet your goals and fit into your lifestyle. I can also provide strength training routines and nutrition coaching to further enhance your results. I’m a certified running coach from United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy and I have a PN1 and PN2 (Master Health Coach) certification from Precision Nutrition. I’m a lifelong endurance athlete that started out running track and field and I have remained an active runner for over 30 years. I also have extensive experience with racing mountain bikes, mostly in the Mid Atlantic Super Series.

I will generate a complete plan to get you to your goal event, even if that event is months away. Each workout will be clearly laid out in terms of structure and purpose. I will analyze all your workouts and you will receive weekly feedback and updates to your plan based on your progress and current fitness. We will start with a general discussion of your background and goals. I will then generate your plan and create your account in TrainingPeaks where we can both see all of your workouts. At our weekly check-ins we will discuss your progress from the week before and update your plan as necessary. Along the way, we will also schedule fitness "tests" to ensure you're on track to meet your goals.
