More About Coach Daniel

I’ve coached at every level of the game—from first-time players to NBA veterans. I spent four years with the UConn Men’s Basketball program, including the 2014 National Championship team, and have since worked professionally with multiple NBA organizations, Team USA, and other elite basketball programs. I’ve led training for athletes from many of the nation’s top collegiate programs.

Grew up immersed in the game, as the son of a high school coach. I played through every youth level and earned multiple varsity letters in high school.

Every session I run is tailored to a player’s individual goals and skill level—never a one-size-fits-all workout. My focus is on maximizing the quality of our time in the gym by emphasizing purposeful, high-intensity reps over simply logging hours. I’d rather see a player train hard with proper technique for 45 minutes than go half-speed for two hours with bad habits.

The first session typically serves as a baseline evaluation, where I guide the player through progressively challenging drills in ball handling, shooting, and finishing to assess their current level. From there, each workout is customized to target their specific areas of growth.

Client Reviews

Coach Daniel has done an excellent job of working with my son. He’s ready to go upon our arrival and has a workout set to push him hard for that day. Workouts get adjusted to add something new each time and continue to push my son to improve. He keeps the workout moving and my son is exhausted at the end. He’s done a great job of connecting with my son, determining areas for improvement, making the workouts hard but enjoyable at the same time. My son knows he needs to be ready when he shows up, but is enjoying them and improving each time. We highly recommend Coach Daniel.

Really knows what he's doing and knows how to be patient and works with you smoothly

Antonio is really enjoying his sessions with you. He's going to learn so much!

Very personable; boys appreciated his coaching style and learned a lot in just one session.

Daniel works very well with our son.
