Qualified Strength & Conditioning coach with an MSc in Sports & Excercise Sciences. Currently program S&C programs for Minnesota United Football Club (MNUFC) as well as developing players in the Academy and for players competing at the D1 College Level.

As a qualifed coach also, I specialise in developing programs that are sport and postion specific to make them as individualised as possible for the player.

In England, I regularly competed in the FA Schools National Cup, and in 2005 I was a National Champion with Thomas Telford School.

In addition, I was also a multiple County Cuo winner for being the best team in the region throughout my time at the School.

My skill set is ideal for players wanting to reach the professional or college level by improving their physical abilities. I work with players to improve their speed, acceleration, change of direction ability, strength, as well as implementing injury prevention strategies to help keep them on the field.

I offer soccer specific strength and conditioning programs to players tailored to the stage of the season that they are in (pre-season, in-season, off-season), and can provide year round programs upon request. The sessions will be tailored to the player and the position/level that they play at to best supplement their current training schedule.
