Former DIII lacrosse and tennis player at Oglethorpe University with a decade of experience in goaltending. I specialize in cross-training for goalies to maximize agility and conditioning for peak game performance. I have worked with DIII men’s and women’s goalies as well as high school girls.

Starting goalie and dual sport athlete at the DIII level. Following a career-ending Achilles injury, I transitioned to coaching and maximized my experience with injury recovery and conditioning for goalies.
