I have coached the past seven seasons at a School in Media, Pennsylvania as the Offensive Line Coach. This past season, I was the Associate Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. In my years there, I have coached 18 All-Seaboard Conference linemen.

As a former All Delco standout, I played at Marple Newtown High School in Delaware County, Pa., and then I went on to become a 3-time all Middle Atlantic Conference 1st Team Offensive Lineman at D3 Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pa. While at Delaware Valley I also earned 1st Team East Coast Athletic Conference honors in 2000 and 2001. I also earned the Sam Rudley Memorial Award for Outstanding Offensive Linemen in 2001 as well as the Delaware Valley College Athletic Leadership award in 2001.

Also, I spent a year coaching the offensive line at Delaware Valley College in 2002.

An active warm up followed by stretching to instill good flexibility followed by position specific drills with explosive movement drills mixedn in. Every session ends with stretching and cool down.
