Over 10 years coaching experience in both XC and Track and Field. Currently the Head Boys and Girl's XC Coach at Holmdel High School in NJ. Also in charge of both male and female distance athletes for both Indoor and Outdoor track. 5 Year experience also coaching middle school aged athletes at St. Mary's New Monmouth School in NJ.

2 Time National Qualifier in XC at Lynchburg College in Lynchburg VA. 4 Time all conference athlete in indoor and outdoor track. 2 time all-state performer in Cross Country at John P Stevens HS in Edison, NJ.

We start with a short warm up and then head right into dynamic stretching to prepare for the work out. When that is complete I devise a specific work out designed to increase productivity in the specific event the athlete is training for. We then finish the session with a cool down period followed by core work.
