More About Coach Dalanne

I have been involved in Track and Field since I was in 8th grade. I am currently 25 years old and I have competed at every level (middle school, high school, junior college, college, and professionally/at the elite level.) I have coached myself for 2 years with great success and have trained under two world class coaches whom I have learned a lot of coaching knowledge from.

Professional 800 meter runner.

At the high school level I competed in the 100m, 200m, 300mH, 400, and 800.
At the college level I competed in the 800m. Ran for a Division 1 school and competed at the PAC-12 Track and Field Championships.
At the professional level I compete in the 800m and have run an occasional 1500 and 5k.

I have ran in track meets internationally which include Canada, and Europe.
I have:
Competed at the 2014 USA Track and Field Nationals.
Competed at the 2018 USA Track and Field Nationals.
Competed at the 2019 Indoor USA Track and Field Nationals in two events.
Competed at the USATF Oxy High Performance Meet.

A session plan can range anywhere from an hour to two hours depending on your age and what level you're at. Each client will have a different session because I want to individualize each and every one of you depending on age and level. I will go over drills, how to properly warm up, and cool down, and I will give you a specific workout on the specific days I see you. But we will discuss this more in detail before we get started with the first session.
