More About Coach Dakota

I have helped coach a JV and Varsity team. I would like to work with wrestlers ages 8-18.I have degree in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University and I am certified strength and conditioning coach.

4 Year Division 1 Wrestler at Sacred Heart University, Scholar All-American, Most Pins and Most Take Downs 2025, competed at the EIWA tournament and received EIWA Academic Achievement Award, Dr. Gary Rose Scholar Athlete Award

Sessions begin with a warm-up to get the body ready for activity. Next we teach new technique and drill to reinforce the moves we are working on. Then we do some situations and live go's to utilize what was learned in real scenarios. Finally, we end with conditioning and competition/game.
