More About Coach D.J.
Certified personal trainer through U.S. Career institute. Have been training youth and high school kids for the past 10 years in football. My specialty areas are in the quarterback position. I also have a defensive back background as well. I was a student trainer at University of Missouri . My coaching had been with Newport News parks and rec for 9 years, and I've spent the past three years at Heritage High School coaching QB, DB ,and WR.
Played quarterback growing up and through high school. In college I was a Student trainer at University of Missouri for two years before joining military.
12 years as Newport News parks and rec head coach.
Going into my 7th season as a high school varsity quarterback coach as well as a Secondary coach on defense
Warm up jog, dynamic stretches, strength and conditioning work, agility drills cone work, positional drills
Throwing, catching, hand off drills, O Line and D Line drills, anything a client wants to work and gain knowledge in can be worked on at this time as well.
