Trainer to seniors,celebrities and children at New York Sports Club 2005-2006. Martial Arts instructor at U.C.L.A. Los Angeles 2015-2017. Artistic Athletics Martial Arts and Fitness Instructor 2016. Group instructor at 24 hour fitness and trainer Burbank,Ca 2017-Currently

🙏🏾We will begin and end class the same way, with respects (salutations) of the arts that we will train in. Start with a mind,body and spirit cleanse, then will do our foundation work (legs) then we will get in dynamic stretching and two-three 1 minute each static stretches, break for a minute then we will work on calisthenics of total body. Next we will work on proper body alignment for kicks and punches. Followed by some flow drills in various arts for stimulation of mind,body and spirit. We will close class with planks, abdominal work or yoga. Then we will end class just like we started. 🙏🏾
