Hello,
I am am a martial arts Master. I have been practicing for over 20 years achieving a Master Rank in Self Defense, 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, 3rd degree black belt in Aikijitsu, 3rd degree black belt in Chinese Goju Karate and studying the art of Wing Chun Kung Fu for three years. I was inducted into the Budo International Martial Arts Hall of Fame as 2005 Woman of the Year.
I have been training and coaching students of all ages for many years teaching self defense seminars, after school programs for children, fitness training private clients and teaching group fitness and bootcamps since 1998. I am also a stunt woman for film and television specializing in martial arts and fight choreography. Depending on your goals a typical session will vary and will be tailored to your needs and desires. We can focus on self defense techniques, fitness, strength training, cardivascular fitness, weighloss, martial arts education or all of the above.
