I have coached high school Football and Track & Field for 7 years (1MIAA championship and 1, 4x100m relay MIAA record) during my tenor.

I have background in kinesiology, and am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer, ACL bridge certification, and well versed in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

I typically work with any athletes varying in all ages and skill sets.

In high school I was an all-star running back receiving an All-Met and All-County award in 2006.

I then went on to play Division I football at James Madison University (JMU) and Bowie State.

I start every workout with a 15-20 minute dynamic warmup, consisting of functional movements which prepare athletes for maximum performance.

Then we will have 30 minutes of sports specific drills, followed by 30 minutes of position specific drills.

The remaining 15 minutes, I like to talk and teach, with focus on the intricacies of the athletes sports specific position.
