My name is Cortez Stubbs. I am a former professional football player and now I coach professionally as well for the past two years. I coach high school for 4 years in Orlando, Florida. My passion is football and giving back to those that are willing to work on their craft an being a better athlete than before.I'm a very hard worker, i'm willing to help others to succeed in there athletic goals and fitness goals. I'm not just your regular personal trainer, I'm a Performance Coach. I here to help you perform at the highest of your ability to make you a better athlete in all aspects of your game. I have train and coach guys that have played in the NFL, D1 College players and 5 star Athletes.
My first year coaching professional I was name Defensive Coordinator and I won a Championship my first year as a coach. I accomplish playing Professional football. Tampa Bay Storm (2016-2017), New Orleans Voodoo (2015),Orlando Predators 2013-2014, Alabama Hammers (2013) Championship, Columbus Lions (2012)second Team All Pifl in 2012. Concordia College(2006-2010) in Selma, Alabama.
My client can expect me to work on speed, feet work, conditioning and techniques on the position they are playing.I focus on what the client wants to get better as an athlete on the football field. I would start out with one lap around the football football field to get the blood flowing in the body , then I would start with a dynamic warm-up, then i would start with a few feet work drills with the ladder.
