I'm a certified ISSA fitness trainer, I've been working as a independent trainer in the Chicagoland area since becoming certified in the last year. I have a athletic background and trained under the top rated D1AA strength and conditioning staff in the country at the University of Nebraska. During the past year I have built a clientele through word of mouth from positive reviews and results from my early clients. I spend majority of my time training at Planet fitness locations, mainly the Forest Park franchise, but I am mobile and willing to travel to other locations/gyms at your convience.

Each session will start will a detailed warm up that ensures your heart rate is up and your muscles are activated ready to attack the workout. From there we will focus on the specific region of that body that we aim to train that day. For example, a lower body emphasis day will consist of lower body exercises. Each and every session will always have some form of core excercises incorporated in the plan, having a strong core is beneficial for injury prevention, posture, health and overall looks. At the end of each workout we will have a 10 minute stretch session.

Coach Corey is a Great coach. With just his first session with my son, I saw great improvement. I explained what my son needed help with and he developed a plan and it worked great.
