I have 5 years of coaching / training athletes in spriting eventing. I have coached athletes from freshmen to varsity level. I coached at a D1 high school out in California. I coach ages for 14 to 18 but will coach athletes younger.

I was part of a relay team for the 4x1 and 4x4 the placed 2 in our state regional. I never competed in an higher level due to joining the serve. I competed at a D1 high school in California.

The type of session you I run is the basic of running techniques and exploring techniques. I will also breakdown diffence running techniques for the sprits you compete at. I will start out but breakdown there running form and correct there bad habits. Train them to by strengthing there hips and small stabilizing muscle. I will then start working on using that form and explosive movement with the stride.
